9:00 am- 12 p.m. Release of all other exhibits

9:00 am-12:00 pm Checks at Exhibit Building-Please be present or arrange for someone to pick up your prize money and exhibits.  Any checks and exhibits not picked up will be available at the LSU EXTENSION OFFICE (119 W. Main Street, Suite 4, Winnfield, La. 71483) until October 11, 2024.  The fair association will not be responsible for any exhibits left after 12 noon, October 5th, 2024.  Any checks not picked up after October 11, 2024 will be voided, and any exhibits not picked up by October 11, 2024 will become the property of the Winn Parish Fair Association.  Removing animals or other exhibits early without special permission may void any prize money.
